By using the Moto Outlet website, purchasing a membership or subscribing to Moto Outlet for updates, completing an online surveys you permit Moto Outlet to contact you, by phone or email for customer service and marketing our products, promotions or other matters that relate to you as a user of the website and a customer or as a membership holder of Moto Outlet, as the case may be.

Moto Outlet reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, and all users of the website, membership holders and customers, past or present, will be bound to these terms for all further dealings with Moto Outlet from the time of the update.


All content on this website belongs to Moto Outlet and is protected by copyright. Under no circumstances is any content to be reproduced without the consent of Moto Outlet.


Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Prices quoted show the recommended retail price and OUR standard price. If there is a promotion on a promotion price will also be quoted in addition to the RRP and Standard list price. The discount percentage shows discount off manufacturer's recommended retail price to current sale price.



Moto Outlet uses the third party providers such as ZipMoney and AfterPay for all instalment agreements and EWAY payment facilities for credit card transactions.

Please ensure you understand fully your obligations and any additional fees and charges that are applicable to these payment facilities, in particular, dishonour fees and late payment charges. If you don't have enough clear funds in your designated account at the time of processing you will be charged a dishonour fee from these payment facilities. Please make contact with these financial institutions directly if you have an issue with your payments.

Acceptance of Order Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. 

Moto Outlet reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Moto Outlet reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to vary your order if deemed necessary, and to supply less than the quantity you've ordered for any reason. All credit card orders will be verified prior to our acceptance of your order, and further information may be required to satisfy our anti-fraud department that you are the legitimate card holder. Moto Outlet reserves the right, without prior notification to refuse to do business with any individual or business.

Fraud Prevention Policy

You understand and agree that any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities here in Australia and Internationally.

To the extent permitted by law, Moto Outlet will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a user where a credit card or PayPal account is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

Moto Outlet may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order and orders will be held from shipment until security checks have been completed. 

Moto Outlet will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.


Return/Exchange Policy

Moto Outlet offers a 60-day no-questions-asked return guarantee on all products with the exception of helmets and gloves. Your package will include return information and everything you need to know to send it back.


Please read the following conditions that you should be aware of before returning your goods.


If you placed your order with free freight, your return will be refunded minus the initial eParcel freight cost, this can range between $8.80 and $15.00.

If you are wanting to exchange your item you must also pay for the return freight, so a charge of between $16.60 and $30.00 will be charged.

To ensure your returned goods are accepted please make sure of the following:-

Boots and shoes should be tried on first for fit. Misfitting boots and shoes should be returned after this initial tryout. Boots and shoes cannot be returned if you have gone riding in them, and then decided they did not fit.

Helmets will not be accepted for return if they have been worn. We recommend you try the helmet on and make a decision on its fit before you go riding. Ladies should ensure they have removed makeup before trying on any helmets. Any marks, smudges or stains and the helmet cannot be returned.

Parts will not be accepted if removed from plastic packaging, we recommend you determine the correct part before opening.

Clothing/Body Garments
Should be free from tears, marks, stains and must be returned in its original state with tags attached and in original packaging. 

Returning Helmets & Gloves

If you've bought a helmet or glove which is an incorrect size, style or colour, please contact us via the Resolution Centre in order to provide you with instructions. If you did not create an account during checkout, please use the Contact Us page to authorise a return.

Please Note: If you do not contact Moto Outlet with your request within 7 days you may not be eligible for exchange or refund for your helmet or gloves.

Change of Mind and Cancellation of Order

If you are returning your order due to a change of mind and you no longer want this product, a cancellation fee of $49 will apply. This fee is applicable to orders that have been dispatched. Once you have requested the order to be cancelled a refund will be processed for the full amount of your order less the cancellation fee. It will take 3 - 5 business days for the refund to show back on your account. To avoid this cancellation fee you can request a credit for the full amount less postage, be placed on your account for future purchases.

Faulty Goods

If an item has a fault we must first substantiate if the item will be repaired, replaced or a refund issued.  To assist us in this process please provide as much information as possible, and attach photos where possible. If it is warranty claim goods must first be approved by the manufacturer before a replacement can be arranged. This process can take up to 3 weeks from receiving the items. In the case that an item is faulty a pre-paid shipping label will be issued to you for return the item.

In-store Returns

You may be eligible to return your goods in-store. You may lodge a return request prior to arrival, or simply drop in and talk to one of our friendly staff who can help you out.


Shipping & Delivery

Your products will be sent to the address given by you in the ordering stage. Please advise us directly via phone if there has been a change of address or if you wish for your order to be sent to a different location prior to dispatch. We ensure our products are packaged so as to prevent any damage occurring and therefore we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage once the package has been sent. Delivery to most urban areas takes 1 week after you first payment comes out. Shipping to other countries is available and is sent via Australia Post, the cost will be determined at the point of postage.
