Troubleshooting with zipMoney

Can't find the zipMoney option at checkout?

The main reason that zipMoney option is not activated at checkout is that you are logged into your Moto Outlet Account.

You can access zipMoney payment option only from the checkout.

Step 1: Empty your cart

Step 2: Log out of your Moto Outlet Account

Step 3: Add item to cart

Step 4: Proceed to Checkout and select zipMoney to complete your order.
