Can you price match or give me a better discount?

Nice try, but the answer is unfortunately no, sorry. Have you checked out how good these deals are already?! We work super hard to get you these deals at the lowest possible price, so there is no room left to budge!

 

What do I need to know about shipping?

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched the following day! Standard shipping is $9 dollarydoos for anything, anywhere in Australia. Express shipping is obviously the quickest way to get your goods, and the price is calculated in the cart and checkout just for your order. We do not currently ship internationally. Where’s my order and how do I track it?

"Patience, young grasshopper". As soon as your order is collected by the shipping carrier you’ll receive an email and an SMS with your tracking details so you can keep a close eye on it (please allow some time for it to activate). You can also log into your account to track your order if that floats your boat. If your order is a few days past the due date, give us a yell and we’ll help you out!

 

Can I boomerang this stuff right back to you and do a return?

We got you! Just keep in mind for our epic deals we don’t do refunds for ‘change of mind’ returns (unless the item is faulty). We do 30 day returns and make it easier than drinking chunky soup through a straw, much easier! As long as your order is in the same condition you received it in, get in touch with our team to set up your return for store credit! For the full run down read our Returns Policy.

 

Can you order something in for me, please?

We can’t, sorry. We’re all about that ‘once it’s gone, it’s gone’ life. What you see on the site is what we have, better be quick if you find something you like or someone else might snap it up!

Can I pay with Monopoly money?

Hmmmm let us think about that for a sec. Nope, that won’t work for us, but you can pay with your credit card of choice, PayPal, gift vouchers, or even pay it off with Afterpay!

 

But I want to see your face in person?

Trust us, you don’t want that. We don’t have a retail store for you to visit or pick things up from. We are online only to reduce our overhead costs so that we can pass the savings on to you.
